抗藍光鏡片

I can actually work a full day staring at spreadsheets now without that dull headache creeping in by 3 p.m. The filtering is subtle enough that my screen doesn't look weirdly tinted.

My eyes used to feel gritty and tired after a few hours of work, but these lenses have made a huge difference. I love that they're a simple add-on to my regular glasses, so I don't have to switch pairs.

I was worried they'd make my screen look yellow, but I honestly can't tell they're on unless I think about it. Definitely noticing less eye strain after long workdays.
